Life has a way of bringing us to moments we didn't plan for a wave of anxiety that won't quiet down, a sadness that lingers longer than it should, a career or chapter of life that no longer fits, or a loss that has reshaped everything. If you've found your way here, something is asking for attention. That takes courage, and I'd be honored to meet you in it. I'm an LSW working with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, career questions, trauma, and grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life, my role is to walk alongside you, offer perspective, and help you build the tools and insight to move forward.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in other fields, which gave me a deep appreciation for the realities of working life, the pressure, the identity tied up in what we do, the quiet exhaustion that doesn't always have a name. I'm also a working mother, so I understand firsthand how hard it can be to hold it all together, and how healing it is to finally let yourself be supported. I offer sessions in both English and Russian, and I welcome clients from across cultures and backgrounds. Whether you're exploring therapy for the first time or returning after a break, you're welcome here exactly as you are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My Approach I draw from several evidence-based modalities and tailor our work to what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all method. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps us identify the thought patterns and behaviors that keep you stuck, and build practical strategies for change. Mindfulness-based practices: Bring you back into your body and into the present moment, easing anxiety and creating space between you and overwhelming emotions. Psychodynamic therapy: Explores the deeper roots, early relationships, recurring patterns, the parts of yourself you may not fully understand yet, so that lasting change is possible.
