“I was hesitant with the negative reviews, but after researching other offices compared to my needs I opted to keep my appointment. I scheduled my initial appointment online, it took about two weeks to be seen, but I also understand it’s the holiday season and my availability to make an appointment isn’t open either. Communication via email/text was excellent, I was able to register online within minutes and have my insurance verified. The day of the appointment I followed the check in process and headed to the office. The front desk staff member, Jody, was very warm and welcoming. The office is very well maintained and clean, they have a white noise machine going to maintain privacy in the rooms. My therapist, Tatyana, was inviting and very thoughtful. I never felt pushed or pressured, the initial process and information gathering was relaxed and I felt heard. We discussed the plan moving forward and I was able to set up my appointments for the next couple of months! I was very nervous to go, but I’m glad that I did. I feel this will be a safe and effective solution.”
