As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I use a combination of approaches incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. I stand firmly on the notion that people are self-sufficient individuals who are capable of change when supported by motivation and fortitude. I believe that you are equipped fundamentally with the solutions to your problems by focusing on your strengths and resiliency. My goal is to help you harness these qualities to overcome challenges and achieve your personal goals. I specialize in a variety of areas including anger management, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, OCD, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
