I typically use a holistic approach to address all aspects of life in order to direct you to the core reasoning of presenting issues. I have experience with clients in addiction, severe mental illness, and trauma. I look forward to working alongside you to resolve your presenting problems. I work for a person-centered approach. I also use CBT along with motivational interviewing to allow the client to lead the resolution. Clients should expect to have relief and treatment goals to address their needs. I hope to end the session with emotional relief. I utilize things such as SMART goals to assist in developing goals that meet client's needs. I became a therapist because I believe in treating the core issues that cause mental health concerns. I enjoy seeing people grow through creating a better quality of life.
