“Working with Taylor has truly been a blessing during a very difficult season of my life. From the beginning, she created a space where I felt safe enough to be honest about what I was feeling and experiencing without feeling judged. What I appreciate most is that Taylor doesn’t just listen or tell me what I want to hear. She helps me look deeper, recognize patterns, process difficult emotions, and see situations from a different perspective. I have gone into sessions overwhelmed, frustrated, hurt, and trying to make sense of so much, and I often leave feeling lighter and with more clarity. Taylor is compassionate, genuine, attentive, and supportive, while also challenging me in areas where I need to grow. I never feel like I’m just another appointment. I feel heard and valued. I’m truly grateful to have found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares. ”

Getting to know Taylor Clemons

Hi, I’m Taylor Clemons, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Zealous Therapy, practicing under the supervision of a licensed clinician. I’m currently accepting new patients and offer virtual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, low self-esteem, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. I have a special passion for working with women, particularly postpartum moms, as they navigate the emotional changes and adjustments that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant University. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized because I believe every person’s story is unique. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen relationships, build healthy coping skills, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy can be more than simply managing symptoms; it can be an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, heal from past experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change. I’m currently in-network with Aetna, Evernorth (Cigna), Optum, Oxford, Surest, UMR, All Savers, and UnitedHealthcare. I also offer private-pay services and accept HSA payments. If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, let's connect! Please note that Zealous Therapy L.C.S.W. PC provides psychotherapy services only. We do not provide forensic evaluations or complete disability, work accommodation, leave-of-absence, or other legal or employment-related documentation.
