What should a new client know about working with you?

Managing our mental health can feel lonely and isolating at times, but what if it didn’t have to be? I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued for who they are. Therapy with me is grounded in empathy and non-judgment, and will always be a safe space for self-exploration and growth. I am committed to prioritizing culturally competent care, and always looking through an intersectional lens. I am passionate about self-acceptance, body positivity, LGBTQIA+ care, and general holistic wellness. I want to meet you where you are at, as you are the expert of your own experience! Sessions with me are inclusive, collaborative and supportive to help you gain insights and learn to cope with life's stressors. I have been told that I have a calm demeanor and provide a comfortable therapeutic environment.
