What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to take a holistic approach that integrates traditional therapeutic modalities with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a focus on the mind-body connection. Don't be surprised if we go for a walk on a nice day together or practice grounding techniques in my office!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we will chat about anything and everything in our sessions – there are no limits! Picture therapy as your safe space, a warm and judgment-free zone to openly share your innermost thoughts, unravel past pains, and work through current challenges together. I like to remind my clients that there is no "wrong" way to do therapy. We can figure out what style works best for you, together!
