I specialize in supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, religious, medical, or sexual traumas, disability/chronic illness, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, career/academic stress, and incarceration/court-related issues. I strive to create a warm, non- judgmental space that encourages client authenticity and vulnerability. I value compassion, humor, accountability, and empowerment within the therapeutic setting.
