What should a new client know about working with you?

I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I incorporate different therapy techniques based on the person sitting in front of me. This allows the work to remain dynamic and tailored to your unique needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can get to know each other and see whether working together feels like a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a 50-minute intake session where we can begin exploring what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping for in the process. From there, we’ll collaborate together to create an approach to therapy that feels supportive, personalized, and aligned with your needs.
