The service was bad… Because I didn't have the appointment… No one contacted me in regards to instructions to the appointment… I ended up calling the organization and was told that the person I was going to meet with would be contact me and they never did… So my review is based off the fact that no one Reached out to me nor kept the appointment that I had set up

Just had my first therapy session with Ms. Mattia, and wow — what an experience. From the moment we started talking, I felt completely at ease. She has this calm, grounded energy that makes it really easy to open up, even about things I wasn’t sure I’d be ready to say out loud. It didn’t feel clinical or cold at all — it felt like talking to someone who really gets it, who’s genuinely listening, and who knows how to hold space without judgment.
She asked thoughtful questions, offered insights that landed immediately, and helped me connect dots I hadn’t even considered before. It was clear she came prepared and intentional, but still left plenty of room for things to unfold naturally. I walked away feeling lighter, more seen, and honestly excited to keep doing the work.
Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is both professional and human — in the best way. One session in, and I already feel like I’m in good hands.

Taylor was great. She made me feel comfortable opening up to. She seemed very laid back but fully engaged at the same time. I look forward to seeing where this journey with therapy takes me. Based off my first interaction with her I would highly recommend her.
