I find many of my clients with OCD and anxiety are extremely intelligent, creative, and driven. Together, we will identify what matters most to you, what stands in your way, and outline small and meaningful steps to get you out of your head and into your life. You may be feeling anxious, indecisive, or stuck in a mental or behavioral loop. You feel you have immense potential, but things never seem to line up quite right or you are waiting for the right moment to act. Joy, ease, and freedom are possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

OCD and anxiety can make it look to others like you have everything together, but you feel like you're falling apart, just around the corner from disaster. This feeling doesn't have to last forever, and there are simple, actionable steps you can take to live the life you want.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety. I am conversational, curious, and warm, and primarily use ACT, ERP, and will soon offer I-CBT. Now accepting clients for OCD and anxiety treatment in UT, CO, and TX
