But if things do not feel good on the inside, in your heart and in your mind, these things can feel like a performance, a mask to hide your pain from the world, and a way to survive in difficult times. The contrast between how things look on the outside and how you are feeling on the inside can create anxiety, hopelessness, and fear. My work is to help you build trust with yourself, with your body, your mind, and your spirit, to reduce that feeling of what the outside looks like versus what the inside feels like. To guide you, challenge you, and help you feel safe around another person in the process.
