What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is warm, easy-going, and conversational. I want you to feel comfortable from the start. I believe that the foundation of great therapy is a strong, trusting relationshipso building that connection is my top priority. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being open and honest, even about the deep or difficult stuff. Many of my clients tell me they appreciate how relaxed and natural our sessions feel, and that makes it easier to do the meaningful work together.
