I booked the appointment 3-4hrs before hand. I received the confirmation email stating she would be in contact with me so I could login to the video chat. Waited 20 minutes PAST the appointment time before I called the number given for her office, it wasn’t a valid number. Then I called the Zocdoc customer service, explained my situation and they tried to contact her. They couldn’t get ahold of her either. Obviously I won’t be using her in the future. This was my first appointment with a therapist ever, and it didn’t set a good precedent.
