I am eclectic and use a blend of: - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Motivational Interviewing - Solution Focused Therapy - Reality-Based Therapy - Mindfulness-Based Therapy - Strength-Based Therapy - Person-Centered Therapy I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University.
