I work at a GED/High School Diploma completion center, helping youth and young adults overcome barriers to employment and education. I provide one-on-one counseling and lead group discussions on personal mental health and social topics. I completed my Master of Social Work at the University of Washington in 2020. I have experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, attachment disorders, trauma, and more. I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery and insight, where we can address hindrances to well-being and develop strategies for happiness and productivity.
