I specialize in adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, autism spectrum support, depression, life transitions, stress, and offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for your convenience. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I received my master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX in 2007 and I am currently working on a certification in Functional Medicine, which focuses on getting to the root cause of problems.
What makes me human is my love of a good cup of coffee at the start of my day, learning to let go of my insecurities, my struggle to find work/life balance while trying to change the world, and endless daydreaming of all the wonderful places in this world I want to visit.
