Hi, thanks for taking the time to invest in feeling better and getting to know me. In our sessions together, you can expect to have sessions that are affirming and accepting of your unique needs and preferences. I have over 20 years experience supporting people as they seek to be the best version of themselves. This could mean working through trauma, managing stress and anxiety, managing depression and anger, grief, or addiction issues to name a few. I have helped my clients succeed using modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and solution focused therapy. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and orientations.
