I take a holistic and strengths-based approach, supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I hold a Post-Master’s Certificate in Counseling Trauma and utilize a trauma-informed lens, incorporating evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, emotional regulation skills, and solution-focused techniques. My work focuses on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and helping clients reconnect with their strengths and values. Together, we work to identify patterns, build coping skills, and reconnect with personal strengths, values, and self-worth.

My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and intentional, while also providing structure and guidance when needed. I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
