Congratulations on taking the first step in healing and taking care of yourself! Have you had trouble feeling connected, motivated, or finding balance? I provide a non-judgmental, safe space for you to express your feelings and help identify barriers that may be preventing you from living your best life. Together, we will process the challenges you face and work on implementing new skills and exploring different perspectives. I specialize in counseling adolescent and adult clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, self-esteem, or grief issues. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Abilene Christian University, which equips me to support you effectively on your journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I can help you to move in the direction of your goals and develop coping skills so that you can live the life you envision. My goal is to work with you to make positive change. You will leave sessions with me with skills and ways to apply those skills to lift depression, challenge negative thinking, strengthen relationships, establish boundaries, and manage emotions.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
