Adapting to life's changes can feel overwhelming when we are unsure of what lies ahead, and my role is to help you navigate the road forward and create a safe space to process the changes awaiting you. During our time together, I promise to meet you with empathy and understanding so you can feel empowered to incorporate the emotional management tools necessary to overcome whatever lies ahead.

In our sessions, I can help you explore family of origin patterns, current relational dynamics, and your emotional management style to deepen your self-understanding. Working from a client-centered approach means I will use your expertise to guide our work and progress with your goals in mind.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary's University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?
After each session, I hope that you will feel as though a weight has been lifted. Our therapy space needs to consistently feel safe so that you can explore what's in that heavy bag you've been carrying and allow me to help you unpack it. As we progress, the goal is that you leave each session with a better understanding of your emotions and the experiences that help shape them.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
