I view therapy as a collaborative partnership between client and therapist. I am here to listen and assist you, facilitating open communication throughout our therapeutic engagement. Together, we will examine each of your concerns and formulate specific goals to address them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial session will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your background, reasons for seeking therapy, and therapeutic goals. Together, we will develop a strategy to achieve these objectives. While discussing sensitive topics may feel daunting, please be assured that the environment is one of empathy and safety, free from judgment. In subsequent sessions, we will collaborate to ensure these goals are met.
