I am a Licensed Psychologist specializing in strengths-based, solution-focused therapy for adults and families, with over 20 years of clinical experience. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. My areas of expertise include Anxiety, Mood, Trauma, Identity Development, Relationships, Autism Spectrum, and ADHD.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With a background in Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Family Systems Therapy, my treatment approach can best be described as strengths- and strategies- based; but above all else, collaborative. My clients get to decide what areas of their they most want to focus on. They can also choose for themselves whether or not to invite others on their therapy journey.
