Let's talk about how you can be best supported! I am an LCSW dual licensed in IL and IN offering day and evening sessions to support those that need later times. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone can benefit from counseling regardless of their history - and often because of their history.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize various treatment modalities including MBCT, Strengths based, and Person Centered within a biopsychosocial model. This means that I looks at the entire person, their life, and their experiences in order to make the best decisions for care. We'll start by determining your goals in treatment and what to expect throughout the therapy process and create a plan to get you there!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It can take time to build a relationship with a new therapist - and I do not rush this process! We live in a world of quick fixes and it can take time to dismantle and reframe life long habits. I will help you identify and establish concrete goals that help move you in the right direction and allow for the time it takes to establish your new life!
