I believe in-person therapy can offer increased comfort and connection, as well as an opportunity to process on a more intensive level. I am psychodynamic in my approach, exploring influential past experiences that impact present day functioning. I also integrate CBT and DBT interventions into my sessions. I have over 15 years experience working with clients in an inpatient setting that treats dual diagnosis issues, including addiction and various mental health symptoms. I have worked with diverse clients, addressing a wide range of issues, including relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I provide a comfortable setting in which clients can feel supported while processing challenging emotions, trauma experiences, and life stressors. I work with clients to get to the core of their issues in order to release emotional baggage that may be holding them back in life.
