I bring over 20 years of experience providing therapy to clients across the lifespan in outpatient; intensive outpatient; inpatient psychiatric and medical settings. My background includes work as a medical social worker; which allows me to understand the connection between emotional health and physical well-being.I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT-informed approaches; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support concerns such as anxiety; panic; trauma and PTSD and addiction.
