“Dr. Regan is kind, compassionate, and great at walking someone new to mental health care through all the basics and the different modalities (CBT, EMDR, etc.). She has many great tools for managing stress and anxiety in her bag, and helped me work through the challenges that come with very intrusive tinnitus. She's also very responsive and flexible. Even though I've had to take a temporary break from therapy, I'm very eager to work with Dr. Regan again in the future! ”

“I have been seeing Dr. Regan regularly since May 2020 and I also worked with her briefly when I was in nursing school in 2018. She has absolutely changed my life. What I appreciate most about working with her is that each session I come away with more knowledge and a better understanding of myself. She is an excellent listener and always lets me vent what is on my mind. But then, she synthesizes what I have said and draws on her past observations of me in order to make sense of the current situation. She often remembers and notices things about me, sometimes from years back, that I do not. She explains things in a way that I can understand and make sense of what I’m going through at the time. She has guided me through some very difficult times and walked me through my new diagnosis of ADHD this year. She has such a comforting presence to return to week after week. I can’t recommend her enough.”

Dr Regan has been fundamental in my treatment of tinnitus-related mental health concerns. Her approach is exactly what I needed, and I benefit a lot from our sessions/visits. The visits' scheduling is precise and always prompt and punctual. I highly recommend Dr Regan.
Dr. Regan has really helped me. When I got tinnitus overnight in April, 2021 I was anxious and depressed. She was extremely helpful, not just our weekly sessions, but she recommended additional help, including a psychiatrist so I could get medication. I was retiring at the end of 2021 after 40 years in the same industry, and she was very helpful in preparing me for this.
Resa is a very patient, thoughtful and insightful therapist who has a gift for providing clarity on complex emotional situations. She is always calm and encouraging and really listens to her clients. I would highly recommend her for short-term (or long-term) help in dealing with anxiety, depression or other unpleasant circumstances.
Resa is an incredibly compassionate and empathetic therapist. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to learn new tools such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and/or wants to develop better coping mechanisms for dealing with depression and anxiety.
Teresa Regan introduced me to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which has helped me habituate to having Tinnitus and address sleep issues. She puts people at ease with her natural charm and I consider her not only a great professional but a friend as well.
Teresa was tremendously helpful. I was suffering from my onset of tinnitus and anxiety. She led me me through some cognitive behavioral therapy skills which calmed me down and brought me to a place where I could rely and trust on my own ability to take care of fear, apprehension and life challenges. It was remarkable. And it happened in a short amount of time! I’ve seen about 7 counselors in my lifetime and her approach was awesome! Very easy to chat with too!
Dr. Teresa Regan is incredible! She offers amazing insight and tools to help address the things life can throw at you, both big and small. In crisis, she's calm and reassuring, helping you to discover your own strength and resilience.
Dr. Regan is an attentive and professional clinician. The work we did together continues to support me daily even though it has been several months since our final session. Her ability to listen with not just a lot of head nodding but intentional engagement helped me dissect and identify tools I could use to reach my therapeutic goals; this made all the difference in maximizing the efficiency of our time together. Respectful and professional with excellent communication and boundaries.
