If you are looking for someone to support you, hear you out, empower you, encourage you, but call you out when need-be, you've come to the right place. My practice is centered around YOU. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to do therapy so long as you are growing and learning from the experience and willing to put in the work. I utilize solution-focused and strength-based models to help us remain focused on the here-and-now. That doesn't mean that the past doesn't influence who we are today, but we can't stay focused on only our past; we have to be willing to put in the work into being a more fierce, stronger, resilient version of ourselves. My approach is simple: meet the client where they are. Something trigger an intrusive thought or a traumatic memory to come to surface? We can take time to explore that. Or a current event has really brought on some anxiety and you need someone to talk through it. Whatever it may be, I am here to support you on YOUR journey.
