I have good news for you-you don't have to go through this alone! I am here to support you in making meaningful changes, helping you become successful and comfortable in your own skin. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply trying to figure things out, I am here for you. With experience working with children, adults, and couples in both outpatient and inpatient settings, I have successfully helped individuals improve their well-being and reach their personal goals.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from Northern Caribbean University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care.
Change can be difficult, but it is absolutely possible when we work toward it together. I truly believe that, with the right support, we can create lasting, positive changes in your life.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
