What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is direct, warm, and real — yes, I cuss sometimes, yes I have tattoos, and no, I won't pretend there's only one right way to do this. Sessions flex around where you're at that day. Some days we work on the practical stuff: building structure, breaking cycles, figuring out why the same thing keeps happening. Other days, we slow down and make space for the harder story underneath.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My toolkit is broad because people are complicated — I draw from ACT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, humanistic and person-centered approaches, existential therapy, and relational therapy, depending on what you actually need. I work with people navigating substance use, impulse behaviors, life transitions, codependency, relationships, sexuality and sexual health, body positivity, and self-exploration — including LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent people, POC, kink and non-traditional relationships, and anyone who's felt like they needed to shrink to be "a good client."
