I utilize a trauma-informed and strength-based approach to support you in meeting your unique goals through understanding core beliefs and behavioral patterns, setting boundaries, and improving communication. Together, we will narrow down your goals, deepen the awareness of your sense of self, and identify past barriers to achieving desired outcomes.

My practice is accepting of individuals from all walks of life. I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs from holding space, accountability, and goal identification to creating behavioral change, increasing the sense of self, and enhancing life management.
