Having been in practice for over ten years, I believe I have a calling to work with individual adults struggling with anxiety and traumatic experiences. I am certified in EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, the gold standard treatment for PTSD. EMDR is also effective for anxiety, adjustment issues and childhood trauma.
