I also have experience providing crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, parent guidance, and both individual and group therapy.

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. My goal is to partner with each client to develop practical tools and coping strategies that align with their values and support long-term emotional well-being.
