Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. As a Christian, my faith plays an important role in the way I view people and relationships. I believe every person has value, purpose, and the ability to grow through life’s experiences. I genuinely love people and feel honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, clarity, confidence, and positive change in their lives.
