I'm in-network with many major insurance plans, which means I bill your insurance directly and you're only responsible for your copay, coinsurance, or any unmet deductible after each session. Before your first appointment, you'll receive an email from Headway to confirm your insurance details, sign intake paperwork, and add a payment method. Your card is charged for your portion after each session once your insurance processes the claim. I'll verify your coverage before we meet. If I find that your plan isn't in-network, I'll let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises. If you have questions about how your benefits work, I'm happy to walk through them with you. Please note that sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $72.
