I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Carolina University, a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University, and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. This strong educational foundation supports my expertise in psychology and social work. My therapeutic toolbox includes evidence-based methodologies such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
