What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is supportive, genuine and focused in helping you feel more grounded and in control of your next steps. I presently offer virtual telehealth therapy sessions for individuals residing in PA, CT and UT.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a FREE 15-minute consultation by video or phone to explore what you need and how we can work together. We'll then schedule an intake and create goals or a treatment plan that will help outline our work together. You can pick if you'd like weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions depending on your schedule.
