I believe in meeting people where they are. We all struggle at times. This life is truly a journey and presents many challenges. I am here to help you down the road, to get past the obstacles, and return to your place of peace and joy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Terry Azzouz, MA, LPC, LSOTP, CART Terry Azzouz holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She is a License Professional Counselor, License Sex Offender Treatment Provider and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. Terry has been practicing in the field of psychology for over 30 years. She is the owner and director of Project KIDS, a program that provides services to children suffering from various difficulties including depression, ADHD, abuse and drug issues. She is also the owner and CEO of Gateway 2 Counseling, an online Mental Health Counseling program for teens- adults. Terry is a mother of 2 and grandmother of 3. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, and sports. Terry has lived in Sugar Land for over 20 years. She is a season ticket holder for the Houston Texans and loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys! Most importantly, Terry Azzouz believes in giving back. She is a volunteer at her church., St Theresa Catholic Church. She also gives her time and resources to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a member of the Speakers Committee. She is quick to lend a helping hand. Her mission is life is to bring peace, joy, love and light into the lives of others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions will be focused on you. We will spend time allowing you to talk about not only your current situation but you life. At times I will laugh with you. Other times I will be your support when you need to cry. Through it all, the healing will occur through our ability to be in your space together.
