What is your typical process for working with clients?

What guides my practice is the love of the journey. You’re not a burden. You’re not weak. You’re human. And as humans, we are constantly growing, changing, and evolving. Life is full of transitions—whether it’s navigating the end of a relationship, coping with the loss of a loved one, adjusting to a career change, or learning to communicate more effectively with those around you. No matter where you are in life, therapy provides a safe, supportive space to focus on yourself and your personal growth.
