Welcome to a new start. Have your relationships left you feeling anxious, depressed, frustrated, overwhelmed, disconnected, unseen, unheard, guilty, or alone? Is your relationship falling apart and you don't know how to repair it? Growth, change, and more happiness are possible. All it takes is learning new skills. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive atmosphere that allows you to express yourself and uncover the negative thoughts and behaviors interfering with the realization of your hopes and dreams. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University, which equips me to support you effectively on your journey toward healing and growth.
What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive atmosphere that will allow you to express yourself & uncover the negative thoughts & behaviors that are interfering with the realization of your hopes & dreams.
I have over 10 years of experience helping clients get back to feeling more joy in their lives, less anxiousness, have more esteem, set healthy boundaries, healthier communication & healthier relationships. I provide holistic therapy which involves homework, processing feelings/thoughts, use of music, meditation & other interventions to reach your goals.
All sessions are currently done via teletherapy. I see clients Monday - Friday and offer evening sessions up til 7:00 pm With availability on the weekend if necessary. I look forward to meeting you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I work with client who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma & relationship/marital issues. During our initial sessions, we will get to know your different issues, talk about whatever is coming up for you, develop an idea of what the possible diagnosis could be so we can get started working towards getting your life back or the one you've always wanted. Most clients see change month 2

Initial session: $110 for 60 minutes
