Tessa Singleton, MFT

Tessa Singleton, MFT

Psychotherapist
1410 W State St, Pleasant Grove, UT
I work with folks of all ages and walks of life—children, adolescents, and adults. Therapy is a creative and collaborative process that fosters your ability to trust yourself and live your life in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you. I work with clients in exploring their inner worlds to facilitate new ways to engage with themselves and others, where I view my role as creating space for you to show up as your fully human self, exactly as you are. Being seen, heard, and witnessed non-judgmentally is one of the most powerfully healing experiences we can have. I believe that humans have the innate propensity for growth, the proclivity towards healing, and the resilience to move through and overcome life’s challenges. You are the expert of your experience, and my role is to act as a companion who walks alongside you while helping you reconnect with your innate strength and wisdom as you navigate through your pain to find direction, healing, and empowerment. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College, which informs my approach and commitment to supporting individuals and families on their journeys toward well-being.
