I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest and utilize an integrative approach to assist clients in achieving their goals and maximum mental wellness. My approach I am trained in multiple disciplines, including but not limited to EMDR, TF-CBT, and CPT.
