Getting to know Thadeus Holloway
As a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor in Georgia, I offer therapy informed by my education and experience. My goal is to create individualized treatment plans for clients, helping them incorporate effective strategies into their everyday routines. I have a Master of education with a concentration in counseling, Master of Science in counseling psychology, Masters Addiction Counselor, and a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor.
Prior to becoming a counselor, I was a Dual Diagnosis Residential Supervisor for the Community Service Board of Middle Georgia for two years. I currently teach Counseling classes at Brewton Parker College.
Outside of private practice, I have worked as a Mental Health Coordinator for Jenkins Correctional Facility, and as a Psychology Coordinator for East Central Regional Hospital located in Augusta, Georgia. I have experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns. I have training in integrative, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness therapy. I am a person-centered therapist.
I aim to provide an environment where you can express yourself, let go of burdens, and grow. I'm dedicated to helping you address challenges and enhance your life circumstances.
