Psychotherapist
OH
I work with clients who may be struggling with life transitions related to their relationships, family, or self. I often use an eclectic treatment style in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. For example, with CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better. In our first session together, here's what you can expect During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions As a therapist I aim to prioritize the therapeutic relationship. The connection between the client and therapist is the most important aspect of the therapy process. I enjoy getting to know my clients for who they are outside of a diagnosis or uncomfortable event. I try to facilitate a space that is comfortable, open, understanding but challenging and encouraging for growth. The clients I'm best positioned to serve My work focuses on helping individuals strengthen their self-esteem, set and maintain healthy boundaries with themselves and others, and cultivate confidence that feels authentic and long lasting. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions whether in careers, relationships, or personal identity and are using skills to releasing limiting patterns. You do not have to have it all together or figured out right now, growth takes time. You deserve to feel confident, capable, and connected to who you are. Together, in this space, we can help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are...at your own pace.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
