I realize it takes incredible courage to reach out for therapeutic support to conquer areas of distress and vulnerability. With respect, compassion, and active listening, I support my clients while they make the changes necessary to achieve their goals. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service, which informs my approach and commitment to providing effective, empathetic care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My favorite part of being a therapist is the privilege of being able to witness each client’s personal growth and being a supportive presence as they navigate challenging situations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My priority when working with a client is establishing and maintaining a safe and supporting environment in which they feel comfortable sharing their internal and external life experiences. I guide each client through exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to gain deeper self-awareness and collaborate to identify patterns. We then work together to develop individualized coping skills and strategies to use for positive change.
