I am here to help you on your journey. My approach to psychotherapy is to create a safe space, free of judgment, where you will feel supported as we navigate through your concerns. In every session, you will be met with kindness, compassion and a dose of humor.
I believe you are the expert on your life and customize your treatment based on your individual needs and together we can find the relief and balance you seek.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I have been on both side of the proverbial coach and know how hard engaging in therapy can be and understand the critical importance of trust and collaboration between therapist and client. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership between therapist and client and am an active participant in my work with clients.
