I am a licensed clinical social worker with a master's degree of social work from UCS earned in 2019. I have spent the last five years working with children and teens, as well as adults using an authentic and approachable method of therapy that combines research backed, evidenced based practices with creative methods to help clients feel like each session is uniquely tailored to them and not just a printout or ai generated activity. My approach is to make sure each client feels seen, heard, and understood, and walks away from sessions feeling empowered. My goal is to help client feel worthy of living their best life, and capable of making the choices to help them reach their goals.
