What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual I work with. My approach is deeply rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, as I believe trust and collaboration are essential for meaningful growth and healing. Together, we'll work at your pace, exploring your experiences and challenges while fostering resilience and self-discovery.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process for working with clients begins with creating a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I let you lead the way, ensuring that our sessions are guided by your needs, goals, and pace. While talk therapy is a central part of my approach, I also incorporate non-verbal techniques, such as mindfulness, creative expression, or body-based practices, to help you explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. Together we'll work holistically to foster insight, healing, and growth.
