Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with individuals; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for adolescents and Structural Family Based Therapy for and with families. I invite potential clients to reach out with their concerns and goals. The ideal client recognizes a concern and wants confidential, safe, nonjudgmental and most of all professional therapy approaches for solving that problem. Therapy goals I can assist with include disrupted family systems, behavioral and emotional well-being, conceptualizing appropriate developmental stages of child and adolescents well-being, trust building, communication skills and communication breakdowns. Individual therapy approaches for anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and mental health concerns. Disruptions within the family systems often includes all members of the family system. Causes may include environmental changes such as changing schools, moving residency, death of a loved one; parent or spouse, divorce and trauma. Or, simply being stuck in an unwanted emotional, social or behavior space. Counseling services may include one or more family members.
