Getting to know Theresa Weise

Welcome and congratulations in taking the first step to attaining your goals. My name is Theresa Weise and I have been a mental health and substance abuse counselor for over 13 years. My counseling theory is that each person is the best expert of their life; but sometimes life disconnects us from that. That is where I can come in to assist you in reconnecting to that knowledge. I have a very relational approach and utilize mindfulness to assist in gaining peace and tapping into ones own intuition. I look forward in assisting you in making the smallest or greatest changes in your life to reach your dreams.
